How to get the most out of your Knee Sleeves

1. Measure the circumference of the knee over the patella with a straight but relaxed leg
2. Measure around the widest part of your calf with a straight but relaxed leg
3. Use the bigger measurement to find your size
4. If you want a tight fit best suited to powerlifting and squatting, we recommend sizing down.

A regular fitting knee sleeve will be snug.
If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller

Hand wash your knee sleeves with water, mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/wetsuits. Do not wash knees sleeves in the washing machine.

    On the cusp

    Good quality.

    My knee measurements were 1cm in favour of the large size. Sleeve feels a touch too big, not snug. If there was a size between M and L it would fit perfectly I'm sure.

    So far so good but not lifting super heavy yet.
