How to get the most out of your Knee Sleeves

1. Measure the circumference of the knee over the patella with a straight but relaxed leg
2. Measure around the widest part of your calf with a straight but relaxed leg
3. Use the bigger measurement to find your size
4. If you want a tight fit best suited to powerlifting and squatting, we recommend sizing down.

A regular fitting knee sleeve will be snug.
If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller

Hand wash your knee sleeves with water, mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/wetsuits. Do not wash knees sleeves in the washing machine.

    The old 7mm sleeves are better

    These feel more sock like than the old ones. Though the old ones didn't fit the knee as tightly, this led to them having more of a bounce out of the hole of a squat due to the overlapping material behind the knee. (You can 100% size down with these if you don't have massive calves, they're nothing like inzer's or a7's.)
