We are as excited about our products as you are, so we will always ship your order ASAP. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and if there is a delay, we will always let you know.
Once your order has shipped you will received a confirmation email with the tracking number of your order with the relevant shipping service.

Australian Domestic Shipments

Australia Post (Express Post & Parcel Post)

Express Post

  • Next Business Day delivery is (once shipped) is guaranteed if your postal address is within the Express Post network and meet the Express Post service conditions. This allows for deliveries nationwide including PO Boxes.
  • Shipping times vary from 1-4 days depending on your location.

If you are not present for delivery then the courier will leave a card for you to take to the local post office to pick up the item with your ID.

Parcel Post

Covers all of Australia and is the most economical option with delivery times in 2 or more business days after shipping.

Interstate Deliveries may take from 3 - 6 business days after shipping depending on location.

International Shipments

DHL Express Domestic & International

DHL Express offers shipping, tracking and courier delivery services all over Australia as well as to most countries. Unfortunately they cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping times vary from next day to 7 days depending on location.

AusPost International Express & Standard

Offers tracked shipping on both standard and express options. 

6+ Business days for Standard shipping and 2-5 Business days for Express though shipping times may vary based on location and situation.

We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post or the respective carriers. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the Australia Post representative or the respective carriers upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you, please note that a $15 handling fee may also be added to reshipping costs in the event of a package being resent to you.
