How to get the most out of your Knee Sleeves

1. Measure the circumference of the knee over the patella with a straight but relaxed leg
2. Measure around the widest part of your calf with a straight but relaxed leg
3. Use the bigger measurement to find your size
4. If you want a tight fit best suited to powerlifting and squatting, we recommend sizing down.

A regular fitting knee sleeve will be snug.
If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller

Hand wash your knee sleeves with water, mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/wetsuits. Do not wash knees sleeves in the washing machine.

    Absolutely love!

    These are awesome! I don't know why I waited so long to get them. I used them for the first time yesterday, and it was the best my squats have ever felt. I have a big history of knee injuries, and it was the most stable and secure that knee has felt. So happy with this purchase! 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves to squat!
