How to get the most out of your Knee Sleeves

1. Measure the circumference of the knee over the patella with a straight but relaxed leg
2. Measure around the widest part of your calf with a straight but relaxed leg
3. Use the bigger measurement to find your size
4. If you want a tight fit best suited to powerlifting and squatting, we recommend sizing down.

A regular fitting knee sleeve will be snug.
If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller

Hand wash your knee sleeves with water, mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/wetsuits. Do not wash knees sleeves in the washing machine.

    Blown away but how much these knee sleeves have improved my squats. Bought them leading up to my first novice powerlifting comp and I’m feeling so much confident before I take the platform!

    Wish I bought them months ago !

    These are amazing for my squats!! So happy. Only thing I would say is maybe quad measurements should be included in the size guide as I had to size up even though my knee measurements matched the guide but i have thick quads. They happily exchanged them for me and sent them out very quickly. Thanks!

    Should have sized up in the knee sleeves. I got a medium and tried it on and unfortunately i couldn’t get it pass my calves so ill have to upsize and hopefully the next one fits a bit better. But other than that Ive been looking forward to wearing them for my comps and just training in general
