Relied on by strength athletes around the world, these 5mm knee sleeves are ideal for weightlifting and provide support for movements with a greater range of motion than a powerlifting squat.

1. Measure the circumference of the knee over the patella with a straight but relaxed leg
2. Measure around the widest part of your calf with a straight but relaxed leg
3. Use the bigger measurement to find your size
4. If you want a tight fit best suited to powerlifting and squatting, we recommend sizing down.

A regular fitting knee sleeve will be snug.
If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller

Hand wash your knee sleeves with water, mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/wetsuits. Do not wash knees sleeves in the washing machine.
