The SBD elbow sleeves provide maximal support and compression for the joint while ensuring the elbow is free to move easily, preserving range of motion. The sleeves combine the high-grade neoprene used in our knee sleeves with a thinner interior panel, ideal for pulling and pressing motions.

How to Measure

With your arm locked and muscles relaxed measure the circumference of your forearm and lower biceps, then choose a size that best fits both measurements.

We recommend going always for the smaller size because elbow sleeves stretch more than our knee sleeves.

Care Instructions

Hand wash your elbow sleeves with water or mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/ wetsuit.

Do not wash elbow sleeves in the washing machine.
