The 2024 7mm Knee Sleeves provide a refresh to the original SBD knee sleeve trusted by strength athletes for years. They provide all the same performance benefits of the original SBD Knee Sleeves alongside adding the following features:

  • Heavy-duty seam tape (as per 7mm Powerlifting Knee Sleeves)

 

Manufactured with high-grade 7mm neoprene and designed to aid performance, these knee sleeves are relied on by strength athletes around the world and are ideal for powerlifting and heavy training.

1. Measure the circumference of the knee over the patella with a straight but relaxed leg
2. Measure around the widest part of your calf with a straight but relaxed leg
3. Use the bigger measurement to find your size
4. If you want a tight fit best suited to powerlifting and squatting, we recommend sizing down.

A regular fitting knee sleeve will be snug.
If you are new to wearing knee sleeves we recommend going with the recommended fit instead of sizing down, especially if you fall on size medium or smaller

Hand wash your knee sleeves with water, mild detergent or specific detergent for neoprene/wetsuits. Do not wash knees sleeves in the washing machine.

    Great!

    Blown away but how much these knee sleeves have improved my squats. Bought them leading up to my first novice powerlifting comp and I’m feeling so much confident before I take the platform!

    Wish I bought them months ago !

    These are amazing for my squats!! So happy. Only thing I would say is maybe quad measurements should be included in the size guide as I had to size up even though my knee measurements matched the guide but i have thick quads. They happily exchanged them for me and sent them out very quickly. Thanks!

    Should have sized up in the knee sleeves. I got a medium and tried it on and unfortunately i couldn’t get it pass my calves so ill have to upsize and hopefully the next one fits a bit better. But other than that Ive been looking forward to wearing them for my comps and just training in general
